1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
During high-volume periods, holidays, or sales events, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we carefully package each order.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size or weight of your order.
We currently ship throughout the United States.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method, but typically take:
Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days after processing
Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays or carrier issues beyond our control.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.
You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
If you don’t receive your tracking information within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at sswsbrand@gmail.com.
4. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Success Starts With Sobriety is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.
If you realize your address is incorrect after placing an order, contact us immediately at sswsbrand@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once your order has shipped, changes can’t be made.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Success Starts With Sobriety is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please:
Check with neighbors or household members
Contact your local post office or delivery carrier
If the issue isn’t resolved, contact us at sswsbrand@gmail.com, and we’ll help you file a claim with the carrier.

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States.
