What is your return or refund policy?

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please ensure all details, including size, color, and shipping address, are correct before completing your purchase. Do you offer exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. All sales are final to maintain quality control and ensure that every customer receives brand-new, unworn items. Please double-check your size and order details before completing your purchase.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven’t received your tracking information after 5 business days, please reach out to sswsbrand@gmail.com for assistance.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing typically takes 3–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times of 3–8 business days within the United States. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we currently ship within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our shipping options soon — follow our social media or check back for updates.

What if my package is lost or misplaced?

Once your order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Success Starts With Sobriety is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking information shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local post office or delivery carrier for assistance. In many cases, packages are held at a nearby facility or delivered to the wrong address by mistake.

If you still cannot locate your package after contacting the carrier, please email sswsbrand@gmail.com with your order number, and our team will do our best to guide you on next steps.

What should I do if I received a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sswsbrand@gmail.com, Include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can assist you promptly.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order. Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or update shipping addresses.

If you realize your address is incorrect, contact us immediately at sswsbrand@gmail.com While we cannot guarantee address changes after an order is submitted, we will do our best to assist if the package has not yet been processed or shipped.

Please note that Success Starts With Sobriety is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer. Any additional shipping costs to resend an order will be the customer’s responsibility.
