All sales made through Success Starts With Sobriety are final. By completing a purchase through our website, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances, except as expressly set forth in this policy or where required by applicable law.
2. Defective or Incorrect Merchandise
In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must notify us in writing within seven (7) calendar days of the delivery date.

A clear description of the issue
Photographic evidence of the defect or incorrect item
Upon verification, Success Starts With Sobriety reserves the right to either:
(a) replace the defective or incorrect item at no additional cost to you, or
(b) issue a store credit for the original purchase price, at our sole discretion.
3. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once payment has been processed and the order has entered fulfillment. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all information—including size, color, quantity, and shipping address—is accurate at the time of purchase.
4. Sale and Promotional Items
All items purchased on sale, through promotions, or with discount codes are final sale and are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.
5. Sizing and Fit
We provide detailed size charts and product descriptions to assist customers in selecting the correct size. Success Starts With Sobriety is not responsible for issues related to sizing or fit. No refunds or exchanges will be granted for these reasons.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Success Starts With Sobriety shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the sale, purchase, or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product in question.

2) Return & Exchange Policy

1. Overview
At Success Starts With Sobriety, we take pride in the quality of our products and the message they represent.
While all sales are final, we understand that sometimes issues may occur. This policy explains the limited situations where we accept returns or exchanges.
2. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
The issue is reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.
The item is unworn, unwashed, and still in its original condition with tags attached.
Items that don’t meet these requirements won’t be accepted for return or exchange.
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

A description of the issue
Photos (if applicable)
Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps. Approval of any return or exchange is at our sole discretion.
4. Approved Exchanges
If your return or exchange is approved, we’ll offer one of the following options:
A replacement for the same item (if it’s still available), or
A store credit equal to the original purchase price (not including shipping).
We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.
5. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased using discount codes or promotions
Any item that has been worn, washed, or altered
